CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card information may be required to reserve appointments under special circumstances, including:
*Appointments scheduled for three hours or longer without a separate consultation more than one week prior
*Corrective color services
*Extensions, Keratin or Brazilian Blowout services
*Appointments booked following a previous no-show
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can make that appointment time available to another guest.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
